MCP & API
Query your AI visibility from the assistant you already use.
Menciona ships an MCP server, so your visibility data is available to your own AI, not locked in a dashboard. Connect it once and ask in plain language.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol lets AI assistants call tools directly. Connect the Menciona server and your assistant can read your prompts, audits, competitors, and sources, and act on them.
What you can do
- Projects: create and manage the brands you track.
- Prompts: list, create, and update the prompts you monitor.
- Audits: pull site audit results, checks, and recommendations.
- Brand visibility: read your mention rate and sentiment.
- Competitors: compare visibility and trends.
- Keywords: see which keywords surface your brand.
- Sources: see which domains drive your citations.
Connect it
Create an API key in your account, then point any MCP client at https://api.menciona.ai/mcp with an Authorization: Bearer header. It works with Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, and other MCP-compatible assistants.
